Bimini consists of three main islands— North, South and East Bimini. Bimini is the Western most island in The Bahamas residing 50 miles from the Miami, Florida. The island served as a speakeasy and liquor store during prohibition time becoming a popular spot for rum runners as they could relax and enjoy a nightlife.
The crystal blue waters surrounding the islands are known for one of the world’s top big-game fishing spots. The amenities of this island are endless including diving, game fishing, miles of pink-sanded beaches, golf at the illustrious Cat Cay, and water activities such as snorkeling the famous SS Sapona shipwreck.
