Hello, I am Lou. I am originally from France and moved to The Bahamas 7 years ago. I specialize in investment properties for both local and international buyers. Data-oriented, and solution-oriented, I provide my clients with all they need to make informed decisions and achieve their real estate. With a professional background in vacation rental management, I have developed a deep knowledge of all aspects of buying, owning, and operating a vacation home, and also understand how to market these properties to achieve a maximum return on the investment. Through my travel around the islands, I have developed an understanding of many key markets where vacation homes can perform at the highest levels, as well as emerging opportunities for value buys and the potential for greater future growth. Having been in sales for 2 decades, I have and will always aim for excellence, with my clients’ interests and goals at the center of my focus. I love spending my free time wandering in the beautiful Bahamas with friends and family, on a boat day, or just at the local market it’s always an extraordinary experience for me.
