Paul has 15+ years of combined experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales. He is a full-time Luxury Real Estate Advisor providing in-depth knowledge of all the properties he represents. He is dedicated to excellence in every facet of business and his personal life. Paul is a Canadian by birth and moved to the Bahamas in 1981. Prior to entering into the field of Real Estate, he was a Hotelier in Canada and the Bahamas for 37 years always in luxury hotels and resorts. He was the Managing Director of the exclusive ultra-luxury Lyford Cay Club where he served for a quarter-century. The 212-acre Lyford Cay Club, the championship golf course, is situated in the heart of an 1100-acre private enclave with 500 Estate homes and lots. In 2005, Paul was awarded the Cacique Award of Hotelier of the Year by the Hotel Association and the Ministry of Tourism. He married Sharyn Russell, an eighth-generation descendant of Wyannie Malone, the founder of Hope Town. Her family has continuously been maintaining residences and properties in Hope Town and greater Abaco since 1785. They reside in Aunt Pat’s Bay on Elbow Cay, and he assists in many of the Hope Town community organizations. Paul’s in-depth knowledge of Hope Town and Abaco has been enhanced by the historic lineage and knowledge of his wife’s family. He is dedicated to excellence and customer service due to his extensive experience in providing hospitality from the heart for 37 years.
