About Sarah Gardner

Sarah was born in Nassau and has a twenty-five-year background in interior design and property development. She has worked on high-level projects in both Sydney and London before returning to The Bahamas in 2010 where she lives in Governors Harbour on the beautiful island of Eleuthera. Her twenty-five years of experience in design has given her an acute skill in assessing a property for the best use of space and future visioning to create inspirational places and maximize potential. In Eleuthera, where many of the beachfront homes need a generational upgrade, Sarah’s unique skills are invaluable. Through exceptional people interaction skills from listening to open communication and negotiating, and a keen eye for presentation, the journey to find or sell that special property with Sarah is always highly engaging, professional, and fun. From a design perspective, Sarah blends natural elements, a fresh, crisp coastal style, and strategic splashes of vibrant colour to create utterly gorgeous getaway homes in the Bahamas. “I have been involved in the creative arts all my life from theatre to visual merchandising and prop making. I hold a degree in interior design and I have worked in the residential, commercial, and educational sectors designing projects of large scale and small. My work spans Sydney, London, and The Bahamas, and my love of travel has been instrumental in shaping my design aesthetic.” Her focus is Eleuthera, Harbour Island, Spanish Wells, and Russell Island.
